It is with unspeakable pain and deep sorrow that we announce that on July 13, 2026, at the age of 53, Volodymyr Serhiyovych Morozov, Director of LLC "NVO A.T.O.R.," passed away.

This is an irreparable loss for our entire team, for our partners, friends, and everyone who had the good fortune of knowing Volodymyr Serhiyovych. It is hard to accept that the person who was the soul of the company, a source of strength, wisdom, and inspiration, is no longer with us.

Volodymyr Serhiyovych devoted his whole life to the work he truly loved. Under his leadership, modern, comfortable, and safe interiors were created for railway cars, locomotives, and public transport. His work will forever remain part of thousands of journeys, millions of human stories, and the everyday life of Ukraine's railways.

From his very first days as Director, he confidently led the company forward. He knew how to see opportunity where others saw difficulty, found solutions even in the most challenging production situations, and never lost faith in people. It was thanks to his professionalism, foresight, diligence, and dedication to his work that LLC "NVO A.T.O.R." became a successful, strong, and united team.

For each of us, Volodymyr Serhiyovych was far more than a leader. He was a wise mentor, a person with a great heart, who always found time to listen, to support, and to help with good advice or simply a kind word. He knew how to share responsibility, to support us in difficult moments, and to instill confidence even when it seemed there was no way out.

His warm smile, boundless optimism, and subtle sense of humor will forever remain in our memory. With a single joke he could dispel fatigue, restore hope, bring people together, and remind us that together we can overcome any difficulty. This is how we will always remember him - strong, wise, humane, and sincere.

We have lost a Person who lived for his work, believed in his team, and gave a piece of his soul to everyone who worked alongside him.

The bright memory of Volodymyr Serhiyovych will live on not only in our hearts. It will live on in the projects he created, in every railway car he worked on, in the work he left to those who follow him, and in the people he inspired by his own example.

We extend our most sincere and heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones of Volodymyr Serhiyovych. We share your unspeakable pain and bow our heads in grief.

30 sets of toilets for electric trains mod. ЕР9Т, ЕР2Т;
restoring the functionality of ecologically clean toilets of 38 cars;
2 sets of remote controls for subway cars.

2019

42 sets of electrical supply of passenger cars for air conditioning AVK-25 and VKM-X;
modernization of 20 cars – replacement of drain tanks and fan pipes with heating.

2020

24 sets of interior and exterior elements of a compartment passenger car with transformable furniture;
23 sets of passenger control panels with additional functions;
1 set of sliding doors with an electric drive for KTM-5 tram.

2021

14 sets of toilets for electric trains EP2T, EP9T;
8 sets of toilet facilities for persons with disabilities;
24 sets of electrical supplies for the AVK-25 air conditioner;
repair of seats for drivers of metro trains - 54 pcs.;
capital repair of the AGM type car tire.

2022

14 sets of environmentally friendly toilets;
8 sets of electrical supplies for the AVK-25 air conditioner;
4 sets of upholstered furniture and 10 sets of ceilings for a non-compartment carriage;
2 sets of exterior and interior products for KTM71-605 trams;
2 sets of driver's cabin doors and toilet doors for people with disabilities and 4 sets of wash basin installation for electric trains EP2T, EP9T;
2 experimental sets of interior elements of the driver's cab of diesel locomotives 2TE116.

2023

25 sets of environmentally friendly toilets;
23 sets of power supply and control units under the air conditioner and AVK-30, KV-1-28;
5 sets of furniture of a non-compartment passenger car;
